We thought it would be important to share the letter from the editor for this upcoming issue with all of you as it outlines where we have been, where we are heading and thanks all of you for your amazing support! from the Editor...
Dear Subscribers, We want to thank you for your continued support of our little magazine! We are so excited to deliver you quality, original, retro-gaming content with each and every issue. Our whole staff is comprised of volunteers who dedicate their very valuable time, effort and in some cases money to see this publication come out each and every month. I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your support and your patience as this issue got delayed by a few weeks. One of the things that makes us great is that we are not published or backed by one of the large video game journalism websites. We are not made by a large corporation. We are completely independent, by gamers for gamers. The downside of that is that it is our first attempt at publishing. We are learning and growing (growing at a pretty quick rate, thanks to all our new subscribers for signing up!) as we go along. At the same time we were working on this new issue, we were also trying to put the pieces in place so that in the next few months we can launch a Kickstarter campaign, offer print copies and many more exciting things. As all of us work full time jobs and do this in our spare time, it became very apparent that we would have to endure a few delays here and there right now, so that once many more of you subscribe to a paid (or free) version, you will be able to expect your new issue out at the same time every month. We are working on building a solid foundation for our future and we can’t wait to take this amazing journey with all of you, our loyal readers! Josh LaFrance Editor in Chief Some games are so bad they stay burned in your memories for a lifetime. No matter how much you try to forget, you can't. Our goal is to warn you of these games so that you can stay away.. Trust us, these are 10 games to avoid unless you are glutton for punishment! *This article appeared in issue 3 of Classic Console Magazine. Haven't subscribed yet? Do it today! It's free. Hey all, Josh here! Fast Food was one of the first games I have memories of playing. My dad had a 2600 and there was something about this game I just loved playing. Anyway, check out this commercial it is pretty cool! There will be a review of this game in issue 5 coming out this month. Subscribe now if you haven't yet, it's free.
Check out this awesome commercial for Star Wars: The Arcade Game home ports from Parker Brothers!

Issue 3 Coming Soon as well as print copies available for purchase!Hello everyone, I hope that you are all about to begin vacations from work, a holiday on the beach or just quality time spent with friends and family. We have been hard at work making Classic Console Magazine better than ever and overhauling how we do things.
We have received overwhelming demand for the option to have a print copy of the magazine available in addition to digital. Our goal is to get this publication in the hands of as many people as possible, which is why the digital copy will always be free. To that end, we are striving to secure a printing solution that is the lowest cost possible so that for a very nominal fee you can have a physical copy of the magazine in your hands. For those who may be interested in purchasing physical copies, there will be more information coming very soon about that.. Lastly I want to apologize for the delay in this month's issue. Due to overwhelming response (hundreds of subscribers from 19 different countries) we have literally outgrown our servers that we use to host the magazine for download. Due to that, we regret to inform all of you that the upcoming issue will be released on January 5th. After that, we will be back to our monthly release schedule. We have grown far quicker than we anticipated and even though that is amazing, it does present a few challenges. Please bear with us as we work out all the small issues. Happy Holidays!
